If we are serious about becoming a club again, then the first thing is to attract locals and re engage ex fans...like paddock punter. Ealing has plenty of schools and businesses...... 700 usuals and 700 newbies gives us 60% of the 2K.....anything less is a failure in my opinion.

The point about the flyers is at least Skolars made the effort.

Which is why wage stealers like Powell & Gus are tolerated & fans like you are more than happy to put up with it.

Powell and Gus weren't competent to do there jobs, i'm not sure that's a wage stealer, more a poor recruitment policy

But everyone knows Gus is a lazy bugger except where curry is concerned.

The hardest worker isn't always the most successfully employee. Gus was incompetent to perform the role whether he worked 10 or 100 hours per week. A shocking appointment as was Powell.

True but you'd have to put some effort in to be that poor in your role.
