OK am interested in the fan owned club! So your estimate of about 1500£ each, based on how many fans? Considering we are probably down to what was it 250 fans, so in reality you might get say 100 people that might show an interest and be able to fork out that money! So running a club on 1500000£ a year is not viable even if you got 200 to sign up that's only 300k
