Poor form from him IMO. Whether he thinks he's innocent or not, he signed a 2 year contract, his ban is up by the start of the new season. Don't understand it.
Welfare could be seen as what the players get up too away from the club, not sure how the RFL would view that in being involved in the game.
I would hope that he could not start in his role until his ban was served.
