The business arrangement between Hughes and Kleanthouse was brokered by and was conditional on a financial payment made by the RFL to Kleanthouse. As I have already said this agreement as it is will not exist in 2015.
As for the fans being even part of a solution, if he hardcore support in the past struggled to get friends and colleagues to games when we had the likes of Wigan cing to town then god help them wen it's fev or fax.
