| On the basis of the Wigan game are the fans who were there willing to say - This team will win a game this season? So far i havn't seen it and am doubtful they can improve so much as to start winning games.

| To be honest, I think they can take a lot of encouragement from that game. Hopefully confidence will be higher, fitness is definetely improving. If we played how we did in the first half against Wire and with the sort of passion we did on Friday (apart from Matiatonga), I don't see why not. We were completing a lot more sets on Friday which was encouraging.
Our best chance has to be Thursday.

| We really did give it a go on Friday, the first half we keep them out, second was also good, stop the negative stuff, how can people comment, when not even at the game, I and a lot of Pies, clapped London Off the pitch, same as at Catalan, last week, and that does not happen to away side AT BOTH GROUNDS, give them a break

Have a look at the league table......although I'll concede it may have been a sensational turd!

I refer you to the people who actually attended the game.

[url=http://www.superleague.co.uk/matchday/league_tableCLICK HERE[/url and scroll down. It's towards the bottom that you'll see my point of view has some credence.
46 points shipped as an average per game.....v Wigan we shipped 36 points and played "the best we had all season" which points to a major....and I mean A MAJOR continued improvement to get even close to scoring competition points this year.
FACT over opinion generally holds sway and the FACTS are we are the worst team in SL XIX and possibly the worst SL team ever.

The thread is about the game at Wigan and once again, I refer you to the people who actually attended the game.

And I again refer you to the competition table, which the Wigan games performance has contributed to. Then there's the statistics page from superleague.co.uk where, yet again, THE FACTS point to us being crap.
I appreciate the opinion of those that were there, but it doesn't change anything. Others that were there have said that some Wigan players seemed to treat the game as a training run and once they shook off their initial apathy, they cruised to victory.....an opinion that is backed up by the scoring sequence.....we went 10-0 up to go 26-10 down, then when we scored again with the game out of reach to go 26-14 with 5 minutes left, Wigan added 2 more scores.
Wigan made 50% more meters than us and made 20% less tackles......
You do not have to "BE THERE" to comment......as much as you'd like that to be the case.

| Who are this mythical "others that were there"
Actually I think an opinion from somone who was at the game of the performance a bit more interesting than someone 12k away.
