Although Gus got a bashing on these boards and I see nothing to show how the club progressed under his guidance.... where are we now without a CEO? Who is running the show? Surely Gus should have remained in post until the new leader was in position and ready to hit the ground running....

Yeah, plus we have been under-funded and under-resourced, and there is no real will or vision within the games governing body to change the status quo.
