Making a matchday experience is hardly rocket science and something the club had done for years.

Getting new supporters in the current situation is not an option. Magically getting Barnet's 1500 fans likewise. The question is how do WE get those who have stopped coming to watch us again. I say we meaning the supporters; we have a pretty good idea of what the rump Broncos organisation can do about this.

Yep, and something that is desperately needed now. Man utd have won trophies for years, but are not doing so right now. Things need to be adapted when the chips are down.

Yesterday was dire and a worrying regression given that we were okay last week. Really awful.

Perhaps a lot more to promote the club than the current marketing lot are doing as they seem to know more about the area. It baffles me that there hasn't been a massive concerted effort to get the name around to the new area apart from a Harrow Observer ad and a few tweets that I am only aware of.

As the crowds are getting so low maybe the time has come for the club to be more innovative? Maybe let kids living in local, selected postcode(s) in free all season if they come with an adult? Let the adults come free all seasobn too so long as the kid and adult buy a replica shirt first visit? Make sure there are catering outlets with profits going to Hive. May find that revenues actually increase with free entry?
