Quote: Torbreck "We were long standing ST holders. The three main facts that persuaded us not to become a membership holder is-
A) the joining fee
B) the massive hike of 'youth' concession prices
C) I can't get to every home game this season so the monthly membership just wasn't worthwhile. Purchasing 11 walk-up tickets is virtually the same as the 13 match annual membership cost.
A shame as the Hive is so easy for me to get to. Equally a shame is that I probably won't bother going to another game (home or away) until we win a match. Just 26 wins out of the 113 games since starting the 2010 season is enough of a failure rate for me not to want to come and watch more defeats. Sad but true.'"
Much the same story for me and the other three
ex-season ticket holders in the family.
We have been to two of the games so far. The poor results on the pitch are not yet an issue for us we are fans so by definition a little bit fanatical i.e. daft. We didn't renew (or take out membership) because it is more expensive and more complex and the increased journey time makes clashes with other commitments a problem in being able to get to all the games.
Curious to know what happened to the family ticket - £30 for four of us for the Salford game, £38 for two of us (adult and youth) for the Wakefield game.
