He would be a club trained player as he played age-group for us a few years back.
The London junior would be a welcome addition as lord knows we need halves and we have so much cap to spend.
Hell the boy can't be on that much more than the national average wage so I say offer him a deal and we can always bring in others later.

Tony Gigot played for Cronulla in NSW Cup last season, which is actually a combined team of the Sharks and Storms reserves. They won the comp.
However, Gigot left Cronulla and headed back to France in late August to go to Avignon I was told at the time.

Been playing for Avignon in Elite 1. Did less than 1 season with Academy for us but classed as Federation trained.

Exactly. 
I remember him playing for us. Had a big kick on him. If he's kicked on since then and is a decent half back now as peope say I'll be happy to see him. Hope he's learnt a bit of english now as that was why he left before as he couldn't learn it.
If we can sign French players without breaking any quota rules and there are some good ones available who can improve the team - especially with good SL experience - then i would hope TR can get them here  |

According to Sky Sports we've signed him...
[iLondon Broncos have continued their close-season rebuilding with the signing of French international Tony Gigot.
The 23-year-old half-back from Avignon had a spell with the London club five years ago but never made their Super League team and went on to play for Catalan Dragons.
Gigot, who played for France in the 2013 World Cup, made 17 Super League appearances for the Dragons in 2010 and also played for Toulouse in the Championship before spending the 2013 season in Australia with Cronulla.
"Tony is a player who has an opportunity to take advantages of his experiences," said Broncos coach Tony Rae.
"He comes to London following a year in Australia steering the Cronulla Sharks Premiership-winning NSW Cup team and a World Cup campaign with France.
"He has been here before as a young man. We look forward to him working hard and taking on the Super League season."[/i

Well he's been in oz for a year so his english will have improved. I feel more optimistic now than before. This lad has something to prove as well to ensure he has a career in RL so he will be giving it 100% as well. |
