He's said far more confusing stuff than this. It's a weird way of wording things but the point(s) he's making here are easy enough to make out IMO.

Pretty much in my opinion what he says (or if he has any brain is thinking).

Here are the points he needs to put in place for this team -

1) ability to run at pace and pass a ball accurately.
2) ability to see space, injured/weak defenders and actually attack it.
3) ability to tackle and stop off-loads.
4) ability to keep our defensive discipline and not give a 3 man overlap an easy walk in on the outside.
5) pray to budda that we can go through 80 minutes without dropping the ball.
