Thanks a lot Budgiezilla for pointing out my error, I suddenly realised this afternoon that I had got my nickers in a twist with my post.
I now know that the George mentioned in the plug is in St Helens (and that the Saints George plug was for the Saints Wigan match next Monday).

Now for the good news, after a bit of research this afternoon I can now confirm that Tetleys Bitter can be had in the George and Dragon in Leigh town centre for £1-50 a pint.
The motto is the more you drink the more you save.

My ticket arrived this morning - block D, row F. Have to say that the RFL ticketing side seems to work very efficiently, perhaps they could give the rest of the organisation some lessons!
