Good ball-handling skills. Can't tackle. Too small for a centre.
But if Daryl Powell can see a way of developing him into something useful, well - he knows the game a lot better than I do.
EDIT: Above is too damning. He actually has a very good "classical" tackling technique, no doubt learned from years of Union coaching. Problem is that he doesn't have enough bulk and big SL centres just bump him off.
I expect Powell will get more out of Channing and Dorn (if he's going too). The key to Channing is to fix his defence or hide/protect him. Like Powell says, his footwork and game intelligence is good.
