exactly.
How sould destroying it must be for professional sportsmen torun out to a near empty stadium. In wendyball, playing behind closed doors is a punishment. In London RL it has become the acceptable normality. |

Interesting point about the February meeting with Bellamy at Harrow. It shows that Gower desperately wanted London to succeed, but that eventually he reached a point where he had had enough of the incompetence of Tony Rea, Gus McKay, and David Hughes, and of the team mates who won't make tackles.
