Tony's Super 14 experience will certainly assist as and in his time away, he will have improved his coaching skills and as many have said, his man management is excellent, plus he's London through and through.
It is not blatantly false, once all the prospective "candidates" were told of the restrictions and saw the lack of ambition, they one by one pulled out, trust me, no bugger wanted the job!

No PR/Marketing department.
No money for any "marquee" signing.
No mid-season monies.
No strategy for fanbase growth.
No strategy for Amateur Club growth.
I could go on, but just about all the London fanbase on here are fed up to the back teeth of hearing about it to be honest.
