Tony is the best man available at present and from what I hear his man to man management on a personal basis is first class, working with some players individually, no one can fault the way he has turned the team around.
Also one journalist was indicating that Bobbie Goulding was in the running? as bad as the Kent story!
It is not blatantly false, once all the prospective "candidates" were told of the restrictions and saw the lack of ambition, they one by one pulled out, trust me, no bugger wanted the job!

No PR/Marketing department.
No money for any "marquee" signing.
No mid-season monies.
No strategy for fanbase growth.
No strategy for Amateur Club growth.
I could go on, but just about all the London fanbase on here are fed up to the back teeth of hearing about it to be honest.
