I'm sure Rob will stay in the game. He was a very successful coach at South London Storm, whom he guided to victory in the RLC National Cup Final in 2006, having lost in the semis to The then bridgend Blue Bulls (later to become Celtic Crusaders) the previous year. He made a tremendous impact at South London and totally galvanised the playing side from top to bottom, winning a tough national competition against heartlands clubs in the process.
He may have been out of his depth at Superleague level; whether that's down to inexperience, lack of expertise, or senior players not being receptive to his leadership I don't know - probably a combination of all these factors - but he seemed to perform well enough with our reserve/adcademy teams so I'm sure there's still a role for him somewhere at a semi-pro or academy level.
