2800 + 10% = 3,080 +10% = 3,388 +10% 3,726............if I hit the average in year 3, pay me twice that for the same increase over the following 3 years....The result is 4,959 average at a cost of 1.5 million.......over 6 years.
Give David Hughes has wasted 1.5 million on one years cap...I'd look at my offer as being better VFM.
