No we were never in it! Three penalties in the first five minutes; no ball or field position to speak of in the first half at all. Structureless, rudderless. Its no wonder Gower gets so angry (loved the "get out of the way" when Sarginson couldn't get the ball to sit right for a kick off).
Annoying thing for me is, although they had 60%+ of the ball their forwards were blowing like hell! With patience and players actually running off Gower they were there for the taking.
