Running a coach 10 miles across one of the busiest cities in the world, and with perhaps the best public transit system, for more than it costs to take the quicker and more comfortable train is the issue
Totally agree, even someone like me who would have to travel from deepest Berkshire could do it cheaper (and probably quicker) than £20 by public transport
