Completely agree. I am a new London fan (lapsed northern Leigh supporter) and bought a season ticket for £99 and one for the London Skolars at £85. Both are unbelievable value (compared with the £1395 for my Arsenal season ticket). Hope the club do whatever they feel is right to get people in. I will buy another next season and beyond even though I know we may not win many games. Hopefully Gower can create the spirit and the team will kick on. Really enjoy the West Stand at the Stoop. Am trying to get as many of my football supporting friends / workmates to come to games as RL is the greatest game. Love Rugby League bored with money mad football.'"'"
I was not whinging, just making a point, okay you can give tickets away for £7.50 but what the point in the RFL sending out a promotion to everyone where it would be cheaper to buy them at another source (groupon).
As for the £99 deal.May not be a lot to you in regards to your £1395 season ticket but I do not earn a great wage, liveable for London(just) but these days people do not have money to throw at leisure activities.

| I think the club asking for an amount that averages £7.62 a game to watch Professional Sport in the London area is an outrageous scam when you could save twelve pence by using Groupon.

| The cheap season ticket seems like a lazy effort of copying bradford's sports clubs, who used it very effectively to boost attendances. In their case they had blanket media coverage for the entire catchment area and really hyped it. In our case we just dumped the price of season tickets and watched our gates stay the same.
