| I have sat watching the comments regarding Andy over whether he would stay or go over the last few weeks knowing that he had not been offered a contract for next season. It was difficult not to respond knowing the way the club had treated him and the announcement of the signing of Randall, in my view, was the catalyst (Not for nothing is he known as Director of Rugby). There is only room for one hooker at this club! And you would think that he should be the one who virtually tops all the opta stats this season, in spite of having to play second row when DOR decides he wants to play hooker.
At the end of the day I would say that opting for Wakefield is a step up on were we are at the moment especially if the new owners there are able to put more money in. I really have not seen us in such dire straights player wise since the advent of SL (bring back Frankie Napoli).
I post this as someone who has supported the club through thick and thin over the last 16 years and has, until now, resisted the urge to "have a go".

| I don`t see the problem with the club issuing a statement to clarify what seems to be misinformation. Time and time again they are criticised for not communicating, not acting fast enough, making seemingly dumb decisions etc……….in this case Ellis appears to have turned down an offer in the hope for something better and it is right that the club should refute claims that a contract was never offered. After protracted discussions Ellis made his choice and the club had to make theirs, nothing wrong in that. If they did not make a statement (given Ellis was seen by many as one of our better players) then the perception with supporters remains that the club have somehow messed up, again!!
I am more concerned with who we are signing and who is going to be retained for next year, as it seems we still have a long way to go in establishing a full competitive squad.

1649_1338292262.jpg I have followed the LONDON CLUB since I was in my teensl even though born in St Helens and still live nearby and went to the first game at Fulham, also Big West Ham Supporter:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_1649.jpg |

| I fully support the club coming out with a statement after the article in the weekly rugby league media which seemed to picture the club badly, so why should they not clarify the situation?

simpsons/017.jpg Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.:simpsons/017.jpg |

| Agree completely with UtS. Good to know why it hasn't worked out with Ellis.
Pinky - Ellis went off injured in France the other week, so I would guess that is the reason why he's not in the squad for tomorrow (oh and Purdo picked up a neck injury during that game too).

Eh?

We topped the league at the start of the season, and we looked good at that time. I know it feels so very long ago, but surely I'm not the only one who can remember that we can turn it on.
