I think its odd as how well Wilkes has played this year that he was never voted players player or coaches man of the match at any home game this year ,where as Ellis has a few times .Maybe an unsung hero !

I'd go with these suggestions. Wilkes has worked hard, taken over Karl T's role as the unsung hero. I think Ellis has been a bright spot, let's hope we can keep him. And JO'C has been our most improved player, looked especially promising at centre.

Ellis for me, we've played our best rugby when he's been taking charge at dummy half (unlike certain australians who've had their contracts extended)

O'Callaghan's made major strides this season which has been great to see, particularly when he's played a number of positions. Wilkes too has been consistent.
