A Chris Melling try and Luke Gale goal was not enough for Harlequins RL as they fell to Hull FC on Sunday.

I didn't realise this was our tactic - score one try and then try to defend that lead. I think most games are won by teams scoring more than 6 points.

I feel a bit for you guys. As a fan all you want is passion. You didnt get that today. At times your team wasnt interested. When you still have players getting back into line after defending, the opposition has kicked, and you've ran in 3 tackles on return, then thats disgusting. Danny Ward seemed to work harder avoiding play and your number 15 should be sacked, spent more time in the Hull defensive line when you had the ball.


Rob Powell started well but are the players now disrespecting him? Credit for trying an untested coach but maybe time for change?

That's why it is time to put the London kids in who will have some passion and run their blood to water. I felt sorry for the Hull fans who turned up to watch a super league game and were givem a training match let alone feeling sorry for the few of us who travelled up there.

For us Quins fans, the day couldn't really have been any more miserable.

Can't believe how much the day cost us to endure such a load of tosh (£24 to sit in the corner of the soul-less KC stadium, without a beer to sustain us). Makes you realise how lucky we are to have The Stoop.

I'm with Paddock. Time to chuck the kids in. What have we got to lose? No chance of us making top 8 and let's face it, the loan players have got nothing to play for.

In our defence,after what we have had to endure these last three seasons,its enough to sap the enthusiasm out of the most ardent supporter.
