While I agree with the recent criticism of Howell, it must be remembered that last season he was one of our best until he sustained that fractured clavicle which would put anyone off. As someone mentioned somewhere the problem seems to be that his confidence is in pieces therefore things aren't 'going' for him therefore he tries [itoo[/i hard therefore whatever he tries dosen't come off therefore his confidence is in pieces therefore... Basically he needs some time off without all the pressure which is a management decision. I think we could use Pryce and Clubb in the centres and we still have Calderwood and others to fill in and shuffle around a bit.
