Its a results driven sport!. Many good coaches have not had the resources in terms of quality or quantity to make it work. Rob is off to a great start with a decent bunch of FIT players but low on depth. He can do no more than he has done. Without more strength in depth any injuries to key players will impact on this team just as it has in previous seasons. Take out Gale and Ellis and we will struggle whatever RP does to cover up the cracks. The recall of the loan players will also impact on us. Lets hope all the guys stay fit and the loanees are allowed to stay as long as possible.
