Today's game at HKR

We can only replace these with inexperienced youngsters and we were never going to be able to match all the HKR imports for skill or size. Our more experienced players are trying hard (well done Karl T....it was a tough day for you yesterday), but they can`t do it on their own. Still it`s only Wigan next week
I think this hits it on the head. We are that skinny and just do not have enough depth in the squad to cover more than one or two injuries and if the injuries are to key players then we have no cover at all. All this when even with our full strenght team we are not quite good enough. Overall I am dissappointed in what Mac has been able to do as I thought he of all people would have seen the most important thing to do is build a good strong forward pack that can dominate. Once you have this it is a little easier to find classier backs as they want to play behind stong forward packs.
I thought Mac would have the ability to turn some good forwards into great forwards but he just does not seem to be able to improve players at all.
