The Club should do it NOW.
Call TNT and invite all of there senior staff to the game with a few beers thrown in.
I would also call GSK/SKYTV/GILLETTE (have they moved?)British Airways and any other Local business, ask to speak to HR and offer FREE tickets to their staff.
In this day and age, a quick call to the HR director of a company offering freebies for their staff will be well received as it makes the employers look good!

As such, I would like to see the club give away 5,000 tickets for the game, open the East and West Stands.
Regardless of the result in 6 days, the game will me played with a lot of intensity and as such, may well convert some of the 5,000 freebies to return.
Someone posted recently that it is 1 steward to 250 fans.....so 20 extra stewards will cost no more that £1,500 and if 5,000 freebies didn't generate that much additional profit over the bar I would be amazed. Oh....you'd also get an extra 5,000 on the database as well!...all for a cost of 30p each (which you'd get back over the counter).
FREE tickets to Australians...open the bar at 12pm, Australia v The Box 1pm..............game on at 3pm.....what's not to like?
I know it's short notice, but 5,000 free tickets advertised on the TNT website would be snapped up pretty sharpish. Call every walkabout pub in London, fax/email them a poster and send them 300 tickets to give away! Do the same with every pub in Twickenham...........Brentford, Richmond...etc..etc...
Pull out all the stops to get an 8,000+ crowd.
The alternative.....? Last years crowd v the Bulls was 2,534 and the bulls aren't going to bring many down......so 2,750
On production of a passport?

I really don't care who we give the tickets to, but this is the first of 3 home games that realistically we need to win to be sure of play-off footie. If we win this game, then the same intensity will be in evidence for the game against Castleford and we should offer another 5,000 freebies. I'd even go as far as to place an advert in Metro offering them.

Actually agree with you 99.9% on this the only thing I would say is not just Aussies but anyone who wants a ticket, the club need to be very bold and a one off give away should upset no one! Now is the right time of the year to be trying to attract next years season ticket holders too.
