Saturday June 27th sees the biggest day in the South London Rugby League calendar as storm park hosts 'Storm into Summer'.
Over 25 teams will descend on Thornton Heath for a fantastic celebration of the sport in London and the South.
The under 7's, 9's and 11's of home teams Croydon Hurricanes and Brixton Bulls will face teams including Feltham Falcons, New Malden Magpies, Brentwood Elvers, Medway Dragons and Whitton Warriors, in the 2009 South London minis festival.
Croydon and Brixton will then face each other at under 12's and 16's in London Junior League action
Following that at 1pm South London Storm 'A' take on new boys Sussex Merlins in a London Amateur League match.
The main match of the day kicks off at 3pm when the South London Storm first team come up against Portsmouth in a vital Rugby League conference Premier South encounter.
Storm will be wearing a special heritage jersey to commemorate their first ever trophy, the 2002 RLC shield.
There will be a bbq and bar open all day and we will also be raffling off some great prizes including a signed quins shirt.
The action starts from 9.30am!
