No, it's not like Quins which is two businesses trading under the same brand.

Our gripe was with Faffalot and Biarritz but probably no point in pursuing the issue in the EU courts. Maybe simpler in UK, but doubt it would be worth it. But I am not a lawyer.

I believe he did, yeh. As the silence was deafening as soon as IL said it, I guess sod all happened.

If I remember correctly, the issue was raised at a fans forum last season and the response was that it had been settled but we weren't told how.
