Agreed. Apart from the win over Leeds at the Stoop our season more or less came to a halt after losing to Catalans in Cardiff,despite a fairly decent start. With no CC involvement any players carrying knocks should get extra weekends to recover when those games are on, the whole squad gets a bit extra recovery time and 6-8 points from the next 5 games should put us in a very handy place indeed.
I see so nothing to do with wire at all then, I did presume the OP meant Tony Smith but then he was incharge when Quins beat Wire at the stoop.
