Without wishing to re-open the ticket/seating can'o'worms, how many seats are occupied by L&L? How much were the tickets for that area?
If I remember correctly, L&L were allocated about 200 seats, but there only seemed to be about 20 vocal fans on Sunday.
Let's hope the club introduce a £100 ST next year, with those who wish to be in the gold area paying £250.
I have to say, the fact that the 2 jesters zones towards the south stand are selling out pretty fast (advance bookings) would point to a massive potential to offer great value ST's for next year. From what I saw on sunday, we have no problem selling 6 of these...and the other 3 were 1/3 full on Sunday. If the ticketing was simply £100 ST's in sections all zones except E....the club would have fair chance of doubling up on ST sales for next year.
I would allocate the entire zone F to L&L. G & C would then be next on the list, then H and B.......
This would leave section AA for those away fans who don't want to sit behind the sticks, with AJ for home occassionals.
This may or may not work, but away fans should now only be sold tickets in AA or the North Stand. IMO that is.
