Mr Smithfield- we here are well aware of what you believe to be true- you have been banging on about it for months and have mentioned the facts according to htsa several times. There are some people who still believe the earth is flat- they believe they have evidence to prove it so. The fact of the matter is WE DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. We are able to look at the evidence for ourselves and make up our own minds and you coming on here repeating what you think is true is not going to change that any more than Jehovah's witness turning up at the door will change our religious beliefs- the unintelligent and gullible have sided or been forced to pretend to side with you, but the rest are entitled to their own opinion on the matter and dislike being dictated to by a nobody.
Personally I think your morally repugnant campaign is making the situation worse and slowing down the process and your actions are making it impossible for ken to sit down and sort this out. I suspect the reason ken is not replying to emails is that after the first few threatening and foul emails he got the system has been set to delete those containing any mention of the shares and who can blame him.

Mr King it has nothing to do with any fan of either club who are the shareholders of that stadium. The stadium shares are where they are rightfully and legally and until this is resolved in the boardroom not the terraces or gossip they will remain!! Carry on vilifying Mr Davy and it won't be resolved any time soon!! You claim you won't go away well then you'll have to wait a long time. The support for your campaign is waning.

Guys, i think Dave (Ivor) has done really well here as he is probably going to get villified by the lime green hate mob and judging by how these people act called alsorts now for actually standing up against these people, so can i just say that i am 100% behind Dave and the HGSA in support of Distancing themselves from this, no matter how many times the Mob tell us they have, i havent met 1 Giant or Town fan who is actually supporting anything these people are doing .

It was stated that it was Town fans, Giants fans and Kirklees citizens having concerns regarding thr shares issue, resulting in 'hundreds' wearing the dusters.

But they claim it was "thousands" wearing the dusters tho when it clearly wasnt and most were kids who were clueless to why they were wearing them!! These few are suggesting that 400,000 are questioning the morals of Ken Davy!!! Nah I think most are glad his actions saved them their money!!!

I have been unfortunate to meet a couple of Town fans supporting this campaign and it's like talking to a brick wall as they are adamant they are right. But the "facts" they spout is laughable. They're clueless to the actual costs involved in running the stadium which Ken Davy and the council have underwrote ever since 2003. Town have a cushy number going as tenants by all accounts, and if the share was to return to how it was their outlay would increase considerably but they would get something back, though it would still be minimal, due having that share! It is in Ken Davy's best interest to rid himself of these costs but the purchaser has to pay the going rate and those are the facts!!! The fact the council have withdrawn their funding suggests whoever has those shares will have to make up that shortfall so currently it is Ken Davy. And Mr Hoyle is pulling custom and revenue away from the stadium to his Canalside development!! so a self interest is involved! But like I say theres more to it and the campaign won't help settle things!!! So leave it to them!

I have met far more against this campaign who are Town fans and feel the HTSA are only making things worse!! I have also met a few Town fans who support other RL clubs and support Ken Davy!

Oh dear it looks like the bile spitting will be on hold for a little while as lee Clarke has been sacked!!!
