| Seems strange why they would refuse Salford more tickets when every other club i know of gets more when requested. As for the vouchers i don't understand why as i thought Juniors were allowed in with their vouchers or through tickets from the stewards at the turnstile, could be wrong though.
Like i said dunno why Salford should or would be treat differently to every other club !!

I'm not having a pop at Huddersfield our stadium also make it difficult at times for supporters to attend and as a sport it's something that we should strive to avoid at all costs.'"
If the request was made Wednesday morning then they wouldn't have arrived in time -which is probably why the club didn't send them. all Hudds post has to go via bradford sorting office and it was bank holiday weekend! And we know how great royal Mail are!!!
I also think you misunderstood the advice about junior swaps- they would not be available for use at the turnstiles- as at most other grounds including your own- but they could have been swapped at the ticket office prior to the game- I swapped tickets less than an hour prior to the game on Friday.
All clubs should just accept them at the turnstiles IMO- I'm not sure anywhere does anymore!

| If you have access to twitter then have a look at @Salforddevils
timeline from Thursday you will see this.
"Junior swaps have now gone for tomorrow's game and Huddersfield have stated that they will not be accepting Junior Sts at the game Tomorrow"
Hope that clears this up.

| Jools - that definitely wasn't the advice I got from Huddersfield on the phone. Like I say, not a big deal, but was the advice I got

| In the twitter thread someone asked could they be exchanged at the ticket office and the reply was no.
It could be that both clubs got their wires crossed but I hope that in future ALL clubs can coordinate their ticket sales then we as a sport don't turn fans away.

| i would still claim gaining access to our stadium is a hell of a lot easier than gaining access to Salford's stadium!
i don't see why junior tickets can't just be swapped on the day, although im sure someone will tell us it's to do with logistics etc
over to you wishy

That is not allowed as far as i know.
SL rules state very clearly that any deals for home fans etc have to be given to away fans as well.
I would take that up with the club and with the RFL.
My guess is that you were told that by an idiot at the end of the phone who was wrong.
This happened to us a few seasons ago at Wire or Wigan where they were running a special offer of four tickets for £50 but it was not available to away fans.
We phoned and complained and then the decision was changed.

yep so other teams will benefit yet they didnt even get a sin bin? thought there was new rule with the sin bins this year, they seemed to be used more in the first two weeks but got back to the old ways of copping out and putting things on report again

| Chase is just a cowardly thug and shouldn't even have a visa due to his past indiscretions. 8 games is also a joke, he should be banned for at least the same period as he has caused BF to be out injured.

| Hauraki sent off today against Wigan as well. Annoying for us to lose at Salford with bust up players and one player serving a 6 month ban while they can play Chase whose looking at an 8 game ban. Surely they have enough bodies at Red Hall to review matches on Saturday and inform clubs/players by text/phone/email to attend a disciplinary on Sunday afternoon. Players bust a gut over Easter and so should the administration.
