Huddersfield are lacking a top class kicking game, which could mean opposition teams are camped in there own 10 and with the quality of hudd's defence they could be very hard to beat.
Infact If brough signs for you in next week or so, im going to the bookies and backing you lot for everything.
That's hard to do as a wakey fan.

I also saw numerous kicks to the arms of senior and webb without splitting the full back and the winger, and the rushed kicks by robinson that did nothing, also cudjoe wasn't getting the ball over the line by a great amount and will be caught out by that a few times. Fwiw grix was your best infield kicker today. |

All I can say is that at least two people extremely closely connected to Wakey have confirmed it on the Wakey forum. Those two posters make it a done deal for me.
It will suit both clubs. We will get some cash, release a salary, and avoid a bidding war in November (as you do). You will get a player who, on his day, can turn a game, and who may be cheaper now than he would have been next year.

I've been in the Gas Club before. I'd need a promise of at least two pints to go in again.
Maybe it's the player exchange that will settle it. People in the know say that we have offered him the best contract ever offered to a Wakefield player before, and so you might be seeing some of the Nathan Brown effect, that when all things are equal, the promise of silverware speaks loudly. |
