good response from last week from the lads today

should of won by more to be fair, early on we broke numerous times but failed to finish off when all was needed was a simple pass, ferguson and wardle take note!!!

mcnally looked solid on his debut and a great goal kicker doesnt miss many.
mcgillvary strong running yet again, what else would we expect hes like another prop
cudjoe brilliant, setup hodgson a few times.
lawrence solid enough in second row made one try from one of his runs..
hodgson... this guy really playing himself into a new contract, top drawer finishing today, think thats 11 tries from 7!
faalogo... was really good at prop today, devastating first half stint and big hit !!!
O'donnell... returned in the same form he left

crusaders were dirty today and ganson spoke to the captain 3 times i think, should of been more sin binnings or a red card

so glad kev brown is ok,,, but i dont think the news on griffin will be so good, took a nasty knock to the ribs needed him for next week!

to collect 6 points from our games at the shay is brilliant.

That hit by O'Donnell in the second half was a corker. So was the one from Wardle just after it, shame Bruno spoiled it with the flop. No one was falling for his "I was just pattting him on the back to congratulate him" routine though.

Don,t really go for ref moaning, but his lack of decisive action on continuos crusaders offending, meant the game deteriorated and let crusaders keep on persistent offending.
Think there were more high tackles today than in the last 5 games put together. Ganson saw them, and gave the penalties, so not sure why he did not sin bin much earlier. At one point he was losing control of the game. When does persistent become persistent?

Ps my lad asked me if an individual player , like Moore, can be sinned more than once in a game. Is there a time when it automatically becomes a red card? Answers

The punch on griffin in the first 5 minutes set the tone for the way crus played- ganson was 2 feet away and just gave a penalty - how griff didn't punch him back I'll never know!

I don't think anyone else in our squad would have scored two of the three tries that Dodgy scored yesterday.

The problem is the money - we are getting 2 new players for the same money he is currently on (dont forget when we signed him he was on the GB squad) and with our large squad we just cant afford to keep him.

Exactly .....on his current form there isn't a winger in the country i would swap him for !!

I agree we should keep him I have always liked hodgy and felt that he got a lot of unfair stick but I think Nathan is thinking future- and actually I respect him more for that as he could have sorted for the short term to win something then disappear back to oz, and leave the club in a similar state to how Leeds are finding themselves. As it is he will leave us with a good mix of young and experienced players.
