That is just opinion re ablett! Leeds just gave him a 4 year deal he has 3gf rings playing of the bench, centre and secondrow! Bluey has said ablett is one of the first names on the team sheet and is the glue that hold the team together. Not my comments, our coaches. Check the stats if ablett is fit he starts on the pitch. ablett is one of those players who other teams fans pick at but Leeds fans who watch him week in week out think he is awesome. plenty of threads on the Leeds board about him. will be a England/gb regualr in the next few years imo

My post wasn't arrogant it was trying to point out to some of the leeds fans who think they are so superior in every department and that we will be lucky to get anywhere near leeds that it could be a case of their players might not catch the giants players who are as fast or maybe faster than the leeds players, their forwards might not get the upper hand on ours as they seem to assume will be the case and that we are also a good side and if we play to our potential then leeds will have to play their best game to beat us - not arrogant just trying to make them aware that we are a pretty decent side ourselves these days and not the easybeats we once were !! |

What a ridiculous comment. I have praised your fans on this thread for reasoned comments, but you have just ruined that one.
People talk about Wild and Kirmond missin on here, two players I think are very good, but neither are in the same league as Ablett. Ablett is arguably the most consistent English second rower playing in Super League, with a fair amount of skill thrown in. Would not swap him for any of your pack, so yeah he will be missed. |

I think you will find is that there is a distinct difference between what some ts believe and what the Leeds coaching staff and players believe. They will know how good Hudds are and will prepare for a very hard battle. And I cant believe that someone thought Leeds were rubbish against Melbourne?
As I said before this is going to be a great tough match between the best two defences in Super League and I am looking forward to it |

I remember last season Bulls fans saying the same sort of thing about Scruton and Big Eorl, he got into the England 4 nations squad.
TBH I would not have Ablett given free, never mind swap anyone for him!!!!!! |
