i am not sure if the signings are over. There are plenty of SL teams who need to sign players Bradford,Salford Celtic etc

we have a number of players who although under contract for another year could be allowed to move on if they were given the option of better / longer deals elsewhere.

I would not be sad to lose Jammer or Whatuira if it would allow us to bring in someone like Robson.

Whilst i like Whatuira and marvel at his attacking plays i think defensively he has been poor this season. Constantly running out of the line has left his winger stranded on several occassions.

Both Jammer and Fatz are good players who offer the team a lot. However we potentilally have cover at centre and second row. Lawrence, Brown, wild, gilmour at centre and in the second row Kirmond, Faalogo, Raleigh, wild, fooey, Gilmour at second row.

The issue is what is the priority for the team and for me that is a classy half back who can play 80 minutes a game and make sure we turn pressure into points.

That would have to be paid for so would require us losing 1 or 2 players to pay for it. Additionally we would need an overseas spot to free up as their are not many good halves avaliable in Britain. That would mean we would have to bring in an Aussie. therefore i would have thought that one of Fatz or Jammer would have to go as part of any balancing with in the club. I would not want to lose Brett, Faalogo or fooey ( as we have just signed Drew it would be hard for him to be part of any change).

If we had to lose one of those two to get a top class half in then so be it. I also think that we could offload either of them to Bradford who are desperate for a centre. Either player might be tempted by a longer deal than they have at the Giants. So the potential to make a change is there

It's a bit of a quandary really as it's fairly obvious he wants to be at Wakie yet we still hold his registration. I'd be happy to let him go to you guys.

From what i've heard fooey might not get a work permit to get back in the country, i to wouldnt be bothered if we got rid of jammer because IMO bruno's better,we have alot of cover at both centre and second row and lolesi wouldn't be in my starting line up for next season.
