If the staff need motivation , motivate them.
If the staff need training, Train them.
If the staff need support, support them.

If staff need a rocket, give them one.
If the staff are not good enough. Replace them.

That is down to the coach and the management. Not the players.

Were you there yesterday Brearley ?? I was I did along with a lot of others and loyalty doesn't include blindness I even stopped to offer some of the team a lift when they were stood at a bus stop by the Xscape on my way to the game.

Turned out they were waiting for the team bus, Anderson was one of them strange preparation for such a big game !

Not really - if they live in that area- what's the point in coming all the way to hudds to go all the way back to Cas?????? I think that they got on the bus and arrived as a team together is better preparation than all arriving separately.

Should have met in Huddersfield and travelled together they represent Huddersfield and surely the three hours before kickoff are vital to mentally prepare and get input and the mindset right. Meet greet travel and walk not the ground with the right spirit and frame of mind they would have been on the bus less than ten minutes

Yuk- Im not sure driving along the M62 to Huddersfield 3 hours before the game is better preparation!!!!!

A 45 minute journey is not exactly a hardship, they're not a Pennine League side. I'm not sure how relevant it is if they've done enough preparation in the week prior to the game. If they'd won I don't think anyone would care. But I suppose at times like these, as much as anything else they've got to be SEEN to be cutting no corners and maybe this looks a little like they are?

Or maybe it's just a case of people will find anything to beat the club with at the moment ...like was said if we were winning it wouldn't have even entered anyone's mind !

When I was playing at Oldham even the reserve team had to meet in Oldham to travel... When we played vs Batley I had to travel to Oldham from Huddersfield... You're a team so should travel as a team... Things like this are worrying to me. If you have never played rugby it's probably hard to understand.
