Junior's still got it - scored 3 tries for our team at the Touch Rugby at Fartown tonight

He was a wick little beggar (in the best sense of the word) was Hefin.Always remember when he ran in from his wing to take a quick 20m tap and went the length without a finger being laid on him vs Widnes in SL.What I repected about him most though he was always the first into the Rope Walk straight after the game,and if he had been subbed sometimes he was in there before the fans came out of the stadium.Legend.

First thing I thought seeing that team was where's Reillz? but he did break a bone, it was against Dewsbury Rams at the McAlpine.

Agree about Super Stan,for a smallish bloke he was totally fearless carrying the ball.That game against Leeds (Costins game) when super Stan went in for 2 tries will always be one of my best memories.

Leythers took the lead in that Widnes final I'm fairly sure,but we came away victorious in the end,and what an incredible SL journey it has been for us since that day.

This was the day where we all thought Mcnamara was great.

twas a great season and final was that,, i remember going into town after the game to that bar and we had a party..then they raffled off the players shirts and i managed to get marchies no9 shirt but ended up giving it away a year or so later to some charity event for an injured amateur player organised by john d and oldham rhino i think

great memories from that day in particular, i remember the nerves before the game,wondering if we really could go all season unbeaten only to be denied promotion in the final game,thankfully despite leigh taking it to us in the first half, our class shone through and we could celebrate a fantastic end to a fantastic season!
