He is going to be signing a new deal soon. And is one of the most underrated props in the league, Before his injury last season he was the form prop in SL

Sorry Fully it was in reference to a few arguements on here. To be honest I have no idea whether he is ooc or not, the article you quote suggests so, apparantly our CEO says he is not.
Have the Giants spoken to Cas/Huby? Again I don't have a clue, perhaps they have and he has said no? Whatever, if he was available he would be a good signing for any team.
