I would prefer Saturday home , and Sunday away . I have to take a lot of time off work to attend away games . Have to finish early on Fridays for home games and leave before the wages are handed out .

got to agree, the format is daft catalan lost 14 matches out of 27 and could be champions how can that be a true reflection of a champion team.

Top 8 is fine unless we have a relegation section, makes the season interesting, ATEOTD we hae had the longest season of all the last 6 having made the CC final, I really do think injuries have caught up with us. |

True they could but ATEOTD they still have to win 4 intense knock out games to become Champions - no mean feat in itself.
Everyone knows the rules before the competition starts, so hardly a time to moan about them now. |

we arent actually moaning about the rules.. we were commenting on the crowds that this system has created.all crowds have been poor and changes might need to be made to create more excitement next season so the fans turn out in numbers |

in general Saints away suppiort has been fantastic this season, even to places like Celtic, Gateshead, Quins and Catalans (and I haven't missed any away games or home games this season or last season, including CC). Hull away sticks out in my mind as one of the best atmospheres I've been to for a while away with Saints also. |

Maybe they need to re-think about what discount they do for STH's to encourage them in, seems to me they have pandered too much to the TV audience. |

I would agree with that. The idea of a PlayOff series in general is a good one, but a PlayOff series which includes a team that has finished not even halfway up the league ladder is ridiculous and reduces the quality of the matches. If we had a league that was a competetive as the NRL then it wouldn't be a problem, but we sadly have a long way to go till we achieve that.  |
