Brierley won't be earning as much as ferres- an established SL player and an England international! (We will have also got a bigger transfer fee as he had a couple of years left on his contract.) although we are still paying robbo it's off the cap.
What worries me is the panicking that seems to be going on- bringing in tansey for 2 games, bringing in foster and not playing him even though Murphy is having a mare, looking at Danny tickle ffs!

Panic buying or crisis management? We were without a recognised fullback so made perfect sense when you think about it. The Brierley deal didn't happen overnight, so this was obviously a stop gap.

I'm in agreement will Jools, Tickle isn't what we need now. The fact Widnes have let him go, should give all warning to stay away, maybe a few years ago but back row is looking manageable. Upfront I would where we need reinforcements the most
