only managed 12,000 last year so im not really sure it will be embarrassing for a club averaging 6,000 to NOT get a 10,000 crowd on a Thursday night.

5,000 tickets at just £10 & you're trying to make excuses for what will be a very poor crowd for 1st vs 4th where the visitors are Wigan & will bring a large number.
Using a higher non discounted ticket price crowd for 5th vs 8th games as a comparison makes what point? |

With the forecast weather, I can't see many more turning up to pay at the gate. Just hope if the rain does arrive as forecast (heavy rain from 8pm) it doesn't spoil the game.
Still, it will be fun to watch that away crowd dwindle as they get ready to get soaked doing the Wigan Walk after 65mins...
