Well said Charlie. I was thinking the same thing as Wire pulled away from Saints last night but what if we lose to Wakefield instead of winning? The huge emotion we would have felt from winning will conversely proportional to the emotion felt if we lose. Then even more pressure next week!
I'm chicken, I'd have been happier not having to beat Wakey or the Bulls and spend time preparing for the playoffs, and settle for a mediocre celebration if we beat Wakey.

to be fair we've won it over the last 25 weekends not just this one. It wasn't as if we were relying on Wire losing, i just wanted it won, the sooner the better.

100% right was dreading tomorrow being a non event in terms of the 80 minutes but having to go out and get the win is the best way to achieve what we all want.

I dont see why not and I would guess he can play fot Salford too despite not being in the original 19.

I'd say it is no different to players dropping out due to injury illness or compasionate reasons and as he is unsvailable to play someone else should be allowed to play instead even if not in the original 19.

Tim smith is a blow but if its to balance books then I'd rather we get a decent wedge now to maintain the team than have to sell 2/3 for low amounts if pressure is on.

Honesty time. I am bricking tomorrow, this is the biggest game all but the 100 club have seen. I would have loved Saints to have beaten Wire, but we are going to have to do it the hard way. Wakefield will want to spoil the party, they will come out hard and fast, are we ready? Lets hope so. Counting down the hours now.

To be fair we have 3 chances, 2 of our own making and one of Catalan beating Wire. There is pressure but hopefully Baloo and the staff can get them relaxed and realise its an 80 min game and if we struggle early no panic and hopefully as at Wigan we can turn things round.
