| There is a club shop in the town centre, I have never understood why tickets could not be bought there.

| As I read it the reduced prices are for advanced sales only. I really can not understand RL teams obsession with charging different prices for advance and on the day and hope it does not come back to haunt us as people turn up expecting to pay £10 or £15 and being asked for £24.

| I didn't get a season ticket this year and following this announcement it will mean the only game I have paid full price for was cas. All the rest have been on deals.
I will be on around a £130 spend for the season.
Why doesn't the club make season tickets £130 and save us all the hassle.

| To be honest I think the day when a SL team scraps a season ticket and runs things match by match is not far away.
If you have the funds and sponsorship to see you throigh the off season surely it is more beneficial to get cash in fortnight by fortnight rather than gatting a lump sum in Feb and not much after

| well the club has listened to the fans that moan about the high price.... no excuse now... but i dont think it will make much difference at all.
agree about the pre purchase stuff, should just be on the turnstile pay its just another spanner in the works, some people just want to turn up on the day instead of having to pre purchase
and is it even worth getting a season ticket with all these deals through the season?!

| should we be succesful this year, then i would hope the club would make it affordable for the general public to come next year.
if we win something this, we have to maximise crowds next year to enable us to carry on being succesful.
but with that comes the financial implications if we reduce prices again.
i feel for the club in a way as next year really could be make or break, do we offer cheap prices and hope people will take up,thereby making money back on ticket sales throughout the year or do we leave it as it is and hope people will turn up and pay £24 a game?

| I can go back to the late 1950s and you always had a good following, but its like you lost almost a generation of fans since 1962 and had to almost restart the club.It will be interesting how many you will take to Old Trafford if you get there and I think there is every chance you will

| we lost 2 generations of fans between the late 60's - mid 2000's. What 'little' support we have has come form nothing unlike most clubs who've just lost fans through other means- lack of success, moved away etc.

To be fair we are doing it right in getting lots of family groups watching and as long as those youngsters do not lose the faith generational continuity could well come back.

| Exactly - we have the kids watching us now which will hopefully lead to it being passed down, when i started watching there were no dads or grandad's passing the love of the club down to the kids...we had to find it ourselves.
