I agree. Not only do we need someone to keep us on the right track, but someone who can push us up to the next level.

Yeah that's what I mean. O'Donnell left, leaving £120k of cap this and next year. Though some of it will be accounted for with improved contracts form the Academy and the likes of Wood, there should still be quite a bit free.

Plus we have Dale Ferguson departing for the Bulls next season, who we seem to have offered an excellent contract to earlier this year? So surely there must be money available in terms of being under the cap.

Whether we have enough money to spend up to the cap in the first place is another and just as important matter.

A management change is required I think for such a major error in judgement as this.

Not to mention a new legal advisor!
