I do not know what a wakey team would look like minus those playing on Sunday but I venture to suggest that the above team would beat them! ![]()
There seems to be some mystery surrounding your gender, personally I would have you down as a male on the basis of you always wanting a willie measuring contest between the two clubs at every opportunity. You wax lyrical about your academy players when comparing the two sets, without being unkind to them up until the end of last season you had 5 ex Wigan academy cast offs what were an integral part of your team, do you think that perhap you should be comparing your youth system against that of the Saints and Wigan instead to see if indeed your academy set up is as good as you obviously think it is. Its obvious to anybody that there is a big difference in the first team squads and the present Hudds team have proved that on the day they can beat most of the top teams fairly regular, so with that in mind once again should'nt you be offering your club in comparison with such as Leeds and Saints and the Wigan and Wire sides of late to measure just how far you have come instead of picking on club with obvious problems. I have no time for giantdaz and meast, but in fairness they have had the decency to explain why they hate Wakey, if you are of the male gender do us a favour and grow a pair and then you might just tell us what spurs you on in this hate fuelled crusade of yours against us, If it gets worse then I truly fear for your health, my dads the same he hates John Kear, but with a little counciling from me its has helped him tremendously, so pm me please it does you good to talk, I am sure I can help you before it takes over your life completely, and if you ever get time off from regurgitating the insults against us i will be happy to talk about rugby as well, ring me please I can help you.

 Your interest in the gender and genital size of other posters is duly noted. this thread is about the Giants vs wakey friendly.
In addition to all the young talented players being fielded by the Giants - all british - there is another satisfying fact when you look at the five 'senior players':
Lunt, Kirmond, Raleigh, Patrick & Griffin. Four of that five were given their SL chance by the Giants. Furthermore 3 of these 'senior guys' are aged 22, 23 and 25. Very encouraging. |

Where have i stated i 'hate' Wakefield ??
what i dont like is how a large proportion of their fans did/have/continue to and probably always will spout crap ,hatred and nonsense about my club and its people - it left me and other Huddersfield fans with a sour taste in our mouths at the time and the fact that our club is now prospering on and off the pitch while there's is literally crumbling and dying in front of them in my eyes is justice for those people !!
I dont hate Wakefield Trinity i laugh at them and there annoying crap spouting fans who at the time believed they would always be above us - the tables have turned and now were supposed to have sympathy for the same people who hoped our club and people running it died a slow death and never bothered a Rugby League ground again - not a chance form me and many other of our fans i would imagine ! - mind ya we dont seem to see much of the aforementioned idiots anymore since we have become a well organised competitive club !!

Don't you feel you have bigger issues at present that worrying about a users gender and abusing members on here? Maybe you feel the AUP doesn't apply to you and you can come on here to vent your frustrations at your clubs current run in with the HMRC?

We are. We are playing Saints on Saturday. That's way the majority of the squad won't be coming to Belle Vue today. That's what happens - we put out our first team against top opponents like Saints and Hull KR. |

If people did not feel the need (particularly CeeJames) to tell us what we already know, which is we (Wakey) have been badly run for years, and concentrate on the great squad you have and how your going to go this season, then Wakey fans would not feel the need to come on and comment.
Oh and for those who are wishing our clubs demise, ask yourself what are you going to do without the guaranteed 4 points and +80 points difference that you usually get from playing us? That could be the difference between a home play off fixture and an away one.

Very encouraging, and the other one old teapot was given his SL chance by Wakefield fwiw, I won't bother naming the rest of the players who we have given their SL chances as I do not want you to accuse me of saying I am getting into some sort of contest with you. I did ask you though if indeed you would be better off comparing your team with the best in SL to see where you were in terms of progress instead of comparing them with a side that has recruited poorly for this season, alas you have chosen not to, perhaps you feel that they aren't as good as the top clubs just yet and you want to wait a bit longer to be invited to the top table, maybe someday eh  just a thought really.
As for todays game Kear needs as much playing time as posible to try and blend these young and relatively inexperienced players together for the start of SL and Brown will know that he can play his youngsters an give them good game time and experience against SL opposition which he will not get against Saints as they will be giving some of their youngsters a run out.

I appear to have touched a nerve with wakey knuckledraggers. As corporal Jones used to say...'they don't like it up 'em'. I know it must be disappointing to stil have 9 non fed trained players in your squad in the third season under a licence. I am sure the 7 on show today will do you a job. Do you think your recruitment has been poor? Why release Moore with Gledhill injured and noone brought in? |

Sorry but should not the underlined word have said than rather than that, and fwiw I am not worrying what gender he/she is, neither do I have any smaller issues never mind bigger ones as it goes, and neither have I abused any members asuming of course you are talking in the plural and not singular just so we do not get confused. I also do not feel that I have abused the AUP except maybe in your opinion, annoyed at current run in with the HMRC you bet I am along with a lot more Wakey fans, frustrated nah except only with having to read about it from people who it does not concern hth  Kear has kept this one quiet, which club have we got this Noone from? |

If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen... Or use the 'foe' function built into the message board to hide posts from certain posters. After all you must be clicking and reading CeeJames' posts to get so frustrated by them.
On a separate note - I am looking forward to hearing the result today and I expect thousands of Wakey fans will get behind the team to show their support. After all, this could be the last game played at Belle Vue....ever! |
