ATEOD players play for the people paying their wages not future employers. I doubt any waving, hand signals or even buying the travelling fans a pint before the game would affect his concentration during plays. We are on about an incident (whether accurately reported or not) that was whilst Wire were kicking one of their many attempts at goal during their training session against us.

I don't know who's been going around saying Brett lost us the game because that obviously is not the case. I'm just naffed off that midway through a season that promised so much it is announced that he will be playing for one of our rivals next year. I'm unhappy about all the uncertainty that has followed Nathan Brown around since last season, with rumours that he is not happy here and will be heading home. If he gave a signal to the Wolves fans then good luck to the wee fella, but I'll be sure to be giving him a hand signal of my very own from now on...muppet.

The whole team was awful yesterday with the exception of maybe Aspinwall and Faiumu IMO. I'm really couldn't care less if I never saw Brett play for us again because he will be gone soon enough anyway and we need to look to the future, so why not start the process now and either give Cudjoe, Elliot or David Hodgson a good go at FB and have them prepared for next season should we not sign a new FB.

Anwar bud, I agree with nearly all of it and I can empathise with the bits I don't.

But I stick with Brett. He is a professional RL player with personal pride. He was sh*t yesterday, yes. He was. I would still play him, he is class and I don't believe he will let us down.
I just hope we have had some big internal words and we wont see that again. We wont hear about it; I don't want to hear about it. I don't care about yesterday any more. I care about tomorrow.

How much would a good victory and performance against the pies help to give us all the lift we really need right now. At the very, very, VERY least we need to be in the game from the first til the last giving our all.

At least Brough came straight away, rather than signing for us and staying with you until the end of the season. Also you got that cracking player Korkidas and a promising forward in Kirmond out of the deal, so you can't complain.

They were all off their game, end of story.

Might as well ask if Cudjoe is going too, since he had a shocker at the back, worse than Brett even imo.

Our back line was awful
Our Halfbacks were starved of possetion and support
Our Forwards were average apart from Aspers, Fooey and Mase.

Warrington were sublime from 1 to 17.
