Nice post wigsey and you're right of course but what I find particularly bad about this is the timing and also the sudden sprouting of various rumours. All of staff possibly leaving, no potential good news at all.

I suspect Nathan Brown leaving is probably inevitable but I would imagine at the end of next season. Holding onto Baloo I would say is much more key. I would think that in a season and a half more he will be a very good head coach.

But once again I can see why he would want to take a head coaches job at a club he knows very well. On the other side of the coin Giants are on the edge of putting together something very special and he may stay around to be part of it.

In any event all of this stuff is for next season. I think it's time to enjoy this season and let the future look after itself. The other cloud hanging over the team does not seem to have affected things and TBH the new rumours about departures should not either.

You can't blame Brown for wanting to get himself back to the NRL at some stage. It will have been why he came over, to regain some of his reputation, and he is an Aussie after all.

Hopefully though he will at least see out his contract.

When and if it comes out we've only offered him one year, there will be the conspiracy theorists who claim we had offered him two. I'll bet my house on it.

Wadski, there will be certain people who will know how many years Brett Hodgson was offered in his contract and there will be those that do not know

IF brett hodgson is leaving at the end of the season its not the biggest surprise, the guy is 32 now and missing more games through injury, i think people are more surprised and upset because hes going to a rival super league club!

cudjoe has long been touted as the next giants full back anyway, how much longer do we want him to play on the wing?? for another 2 years?? he still regards himself as a full back and it will be a kick in the teeth if he isnt given the chance.

im not sure brown actually wants him at full back though...and he is doing well on the wing!

Elliot Hodgson looks to have oodles of potential but I don't think he'll be ready yet. As Danril has stated, Cudjoe is a little suspect under the high bomb.

Baron Greenback, no one other than Brett could tell you why he has decided to join Warrington and leave Huddersfield. I imagine the extra's he could pull at Warrington have been a key "figure" in this case

Warrington's probably within commuting distance of where he lives now. I might do the same if I were in his shoes. It will be disappointing to lose him though.

I don't know. That's the speculation that is all over this board and the Warrington board.

In fact it's all speculation. Nothing has been announced.

And to be honest who cares what people's opinion of Mr Hodgson is or if it would change.
