May I say a belated congratulations to Huddersfield for them putting the X-factor back into RL.
Too many things are predictable and I for one expected them to get a drubbing at Saints.
But no ........

I would love a club like Huddersfield to win the title of Champions this season.
It would be a breath of fresh air.
Keep it going.

amazing what playing good players in positions they are good at and are happy playing can do,maybe our previous coach could learn from that

There probably were negatives from the game and obvious flaws we need to work on but hell......we've just stuffed Saints on their own patch, the 1st time we've won there since Crackers and Ivor were only just approaching middle agedom ...for one week lets sod the negatives and celebrate this superb victory, we've got another 26 weeks to moan

I remember going to Wigan 1st game of season last year. I came back thinking we world beaters. How wrong was I.....

if we cant enjoy wins like this then we never can!!

Andersons job to not get carried away and keep team improving - as supporters we should see the positives and bloody well enjoy a fantastic win!!!

Support against Broncos should build on the back of that and if we win that the Wigan game will be a corker of an atmosphere and a big crowd.

Great performance at Saints - and second year we have beaten a top 4 side at their own ground in rd 1. Bet we all remember when that would have seemed a real pipe dream.

Fielden was great but Kopczak was even better.

Another good aspect of the performance was the discipline shown by the defensive line,when StH got some field position in second half.No one was jumping out,they appeared to be communicating,identifying the decoy runners,and sliding out to get the ball carriers.

Other points,the ob's need to get closer to Chan & Ferres they are strong lads who will bump off people and look to offload.

First contact much improved,none of this hanging on to the upper body and slowly drag the tackled player to ground as they make an extra 8/9/10 metres with a leg drive.

Also when we sent the ball wide in our own half it was with structure not pass and hope.

All down to the coaching,which can't be praised enough for that performance.

A great reward for the small band of supporters that consistently follows the team. Nights like that are what make it all worthwhile. Loved the "Yorkshire" chants as well, always sounds great on telly.
